Valley Watercolor Society holds a “Society Show” each month during our general meeting. Every member in good standing may enter.
Some guidelines:
- You may enter only one painting per meeting
- Visitors and guests are not eligible to enter the show
- You can – and are encouraged to – enter every month!
Each month at the mid-way break of the evening, the demonstrating visiting artist judges the paintings and selects paintings for the following cash and recognition awards:
- 1st place ($20)
- 2nd place
- 3rd place
- Honorable Mention
Winners and their paintings are photographed and appear in our newsletter and on our Facebook page.
Come during the meet and greet period from 6:30 to 7:00 to get your painting signed in and set up in the display area.
